Richardson offered to sell his horse for $150 and Hinard asked for fifty cents per bushel of his corn, for 800 bushels. Richardson said it was a good horse. Henard agreed to take the horse. Henard later decided the horse had "unsound eyes" and wanted to ify the agreement, but Richardson said it was too late.
