In 1860, the defendants executed a deed which conveyed property set out to William Leonard Hiter in trustee for the use and benefit of themselves for life and then onto their children Charles & Gertrude. W. L. Hiter died in 1865 and then plaintiff was appointed as trustee. Juliet Hiter was also mentioned. Juliet, Charles Sr. & Gertrude Sr. were all dec. leaving their children as beneficiaries both of whom were under 21. Provision in deed allows trustee to sell land to pay off debts.
