Court ruled in favor of Wallace. Supreme Court reversed decision & remanded case back to circuit court for retrial in 1839. Hannum died in 1845 & case was continued by his widow, Ann Eliza Hannum. Also names heirs: James, Ellen, Francis, William Alexander, & Kathleen Hannum. |

Dispute relates to Baker's delivery of near 18,000 feet of lumber to Defendants for them to sell or deliver back to Baker, and Baker's allegations that Defendants negligently damaged the lumber. |
