Sivley's car was sitting in front of house when car owned by Troy recklessly and negligently ran into a milk wagon and knocking wagon into her car (Detroit Electric), damaging it. Sivley sued Troy and had received judgment for $300. Troy moved for new trial, which was refused, and later moves to dismiss attachment in the Court of Civil Appeals. |
