View Entry | William Henderson v. A. J. Ish, admr. of A. Ish, dec., et al. | Blount | Petitions for Relief |
Other defendants: Benjamin A. Ish; B. F. Welcker (Welcher); William M. Brickell, ex. of J. B. Lackey, dec.; Josephine Lackey (widow of J. B.); Eliza J. C. Lackey; James Lackey. Henderson was surety on Ish's bond as admr. of father's estate. He claimed that Ish had Welcker sell land from estate to J. B. Lackey & hid proceeds of sale from estate's creditors. This left Henderson liable for judgement against estate brought by Thomas Boyd for the use of Josiah Richmond. |
