Additional Plaintiffs: Gusdorff Brothers and James A. Johnson Co. Additional Defendants: Charles A. Toby. Plaintiffs Armstrong Cater & Co. were in the wholesale millinary business in Baltimore, Maryland and the Gusdorff Bros. were wholesale merchants. They claimed the defendants were indebted to them for $619.13 on account for merchandise the plaintiffs sold and delivered to the defendants.

John Epps and James Byerly claim that Abraham Starr owes them a debt on an account that is under $200.

John Kelly & William Dykes also listed as co-defendants and as school commissioners for the 11th district. Debt due for services rendered as a school teacher for two months without payment.

Five cases consolidated into one charge against Price & Mays, et al. Addtl pltfs: too numerous to name, each case was comprised of multiple companies and individuals seeking claims against Price & Mays. Dfnt co.: F.W. Price, A.H. Mays, and Wm. E. Moore. Dfnt co., boot and shoe merchants, ran one retail and one wholesale store in Chatt. All plaintiffs assert defendants owe for goods and merchandise sold at said stores, operating under the name of Price & Mays. Housed in 3 folders.

Plaintiff sued defendant for debt due by account under $200.

Amount of debt was listed as $14.90.

The plaintiff sued the defendant, operating as the Glaub Cigar Factory in Memphis, for goods and services provided by the plaintiff. Additional Defendant: E. A. Wilhelm.

The exact cause of action in the case is not completely clear although the summons states that Cook is to appear to answer Freeman and Roberts (business partners) in a plea of debt due on account.

Walthal Bros. undertook to sell a house and lot for Greener to Rosenbloom and got a contract of purchase accompanied by a check to pay the earnest money. When Greener tried to cash the check he discovered a stop payment had been placed on it. Rosenbloom chose not to pay, thus Greener returned the check to the purchaser, tore up the contract and sold the property to someone else. Walthal Bros. sued for full commission.

Kent and Co. was a partnership comprised of George L. Kent and Benjamin F. Baldwin. A. D. Taylor was a tax collector for the City of Chattanooga. Defendant in error brought suit against plaintiff in error for debt due by account. Case may be related to "Kent & Co. v. A. D. Taylor et al," located in ET 751.

Defendants traded as merchants under the firm name of N.B. Brockman &Co. Additional Defendants traded under the firm name of Gentry & Co. Plaintiff alleged that defendants were indebted to them for merchandise sold and delivered. Additional Defendants: Martin B. Gentry, Gentry & Co.

The plaintiff claims the defendant owes $9,232.62 on their account for 288 bags of Naples walnuts

J. M. Taylor bought a variety of merchandise from the plaintiffs (S.H. Brooks, J.C. Neely, and H.M. Neely) for his store in Denmark (Madison Co., TN). W. L. Taylor served as trustee to J. M. Taylor.

Plaintiff, B. R. Williams, sued defendant, L. F. Harris for payment of approximately $14 debt due on the defendant's account for the purchase of corn.

Add. plaintiffs: Coillis Dorvell & John Cruteler. Plaiintiffs were doing business under the firm name, B.H. Cooke & Company. Plaintiffs charge the defendants are indebted to their firm for $200.60 for goods and merchandise. Also charge the defendants were in the process of fraudulently disposing of their property to conceal themselves in the face of losing the bill to delay the plaintiffs collecting their debt.

2 folders. Bittman, Bloom, & Co. are merchants doing business in Ohio and are in the bill with the 3rd National Bank of Louisville. S. Issacs is also a merchant doing business in Tennessee and bought goods from the plaintiff to the amount of $411 that was due 20 days from filing of bill, but was already indebted by account for $198 that was past due and had fraudulently disposed of his property, allegedly with aid from Levy Bros. Isaacs also made a false conveyance of sale to Levy Bros to deceive plaintiff
