Hatcher remained guardian, but pla. (judgment creditor of Owen) sued to reach Owen's equitable interest. |

Walthal Bros. undertook to sell a house and lot for Greener to Rosenbloom and got a contract of purchase accompanied by a check to pay the earnest money. When Greener tried to cash the check he discovered a stop payment had been placed on it. Rosenbloom chose not to pay, thus Greener returned the check to the purchaser, tore up the contract and sold the property to someone else. Walthal Bros. sued for full commission. |
