When that institution went into liquidation it transferred the mortgage to the defendant. The new loan was under the guise of a new loan. All payments to the original loan should be credited to this loan which has been dealt with. |

George & the bank partnered, suing to recover the misappropriated funds. |

Plaintiffs are suing for relief, claiming they had an understanding w/Capt. Taylor and only signed the mortgage under duress. |
