Cost of suit was paid in full and $1256.06 of decree was paid-the remainder was offset by several judgments in favor of Frobaugh against Jones. Frobaugh supposed debt satisfied. Frobaugh now wants stay of execution because Supreme Court did not deduct amount due Frobaugh from Jones from the amount decreed to him against Jones. |

Proceeding resulted in compromise among parties, which court approved in decree but, in doing so, misconstrued terms of compromise, leading to this bill of review. |
