Additional Plaintiffs: S.W. Green, Thomas Warren, C.A. Warren, and Samuel Thompson. Plaintiffs are appealing the charge of trespassing.

Collins sued Foshee and several other defendants for trespass and damages of $40,000 for taking and converting to their own use Collins' personal property, including: horses, mules, hogs, bushels of corn, wheat, hay, cattle, sheep, etc. Collins also suing for being maliciously forced out of his house, destroying his farm houses and other property while def'ts occupied them as camping grounds. Suit began in 1865.

Dispute over ownership of a tract of land in Putnam county. Plaintiff alleged that defendant wrongfully cut, removed, and sold valuable timber from the Plaintiff's land. The Sally Cronk Spring Branch is the disputed boundary. Plaintiff argued that the land was once owned by Marvel Marcum.

The damage was for $5000 for slanderous and defamatory words spoken and uttered by the defendant.

Wright accuses Sprowls of cutting timber in his property without permission.

This suit revolves around the removal of a fence between the adjoining properties of the plaintiff and the defendant. Plaintiff states defendant tore down the fence without his consent, leaving his 155 acres without protection from trespassing animals. Defendant then sold stone of said wall for $275. Plaintiff suing for $1000 damages from animals and his inability to cultivate said land, & to reimburse him for $500 he spent building new fence. Map in pencil pg. 15.

Response to another bill in which A.G. Low sued damages against E. Sizemore for dogging and killing two hogs, the property of said Low. The judgment was in favor of Low for one dollar plus court costs, but Low believed the judgment was unfair due to the damage done by Sizemore.

Plaintiffs are the administrators of the will of Larkin Thompson (dec.). Plaintiffs are sued for damages in the sum of $500.

The defendant in error bought one hundred barrels of super-fine flour from the plaintiff in error for $555. The plaintiff in error is accused of accepting payment but failing to ship the flour. Plaintiff in error claims that payment was made in Confederate money which had no value and that the defendant in error fraudulently represented himself as an agent of the Confederate Government.

The plaintiff sued for when cars owned and operated by the defendant ran over and killed three of his hogs. sued for damages in the sum of $36.
