When Watkins had an accident in 1917, losing irrevocably the sight in his left eye, the Casualty Company refused to pay the claim. Original bill was dismissed. Henry Watkins is appealing. The men then unlawfully fired a pistol at the plaintiff, shooting him and seriously wounding him in his left hip. Plaintiff claims the men were negligent. Suing for damages for personal injuries in the sum of $3,000. |
