Roberts claims that Morrisson intentionally misrepresented his position as superintendent.

Collins sued Foshee and several other defendants for trespass and damages of $40,000 for taking and converting to their own use Collins' personal property, including: horses, mules, hogs, bushels of corn, wheat, hay, cattle, sheep, etc. Collins also suing for being maliciously forced out of his house, destroying his farm houses and other property while def'ts occupied them as camping grounds. Suit began in 1865.

Exhibit includes black and white photograph of the Steamboat Delta parked along an embankment. Charles Price was first mate aboard the Steamboat Delta and was accused of assaulting Westbrook while he was unloading a buggy causing the buggy to fall on him.

The plaintiff claims that the defendant removed railings from said fence to construct his own fence. Partial record. Transcript of the record. "Appeal prayed at October Term, 1857." "A plea of trespass on the case by throwing down a fence and turning out his meadow & wheat field to the public to his damage fifty dollars."

Plaintiff is sued for damages in the sum of $5,000 for her injuries sustained as she was disembarking a train car owned and operated by the defendant and the conductor, without warning, closed the door and started off with the plaintiff's hand caught in the gate of the door. She was pulled along the street with great force, injuring her legs, back, neck, and internal organs.
