What she claimed to the insurance company is not stated here. Much questioning about glasses and nervous disorder. |

Ahler bid on a project at the bank, & did the installation work at Jones' house so that he might recommend the bank hire Ahler. The pump was supplied at a much higher rate and Ahler sued to be relieved of the debt because it was not the price he had agreed to. |
