Plaintiffs are sued for damages for alleged breach of contract by the defendant in declining to accept a car lot of cotton seed contracted for by the defendant from plaintiff through the defendant's agent, W. C. Pearson for which the cotton seed contained 36 tons & 1320 pounds at price of $30 per ton. The seed was later sold by the plaintiff to another seed buyer at the price of $27 per ton causing an alleged loss to plaintiff in total of $109.95.
